Orders Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Items Received:
If your order arrives damaged in transit or if you are shipped the incorrect item, it is our responsibility to replace your order at our expense. We may ask that you repackage the damaged/incorrect merchandise for prepaid return shipping. There will be no additional expense to you if a mistake is made by us and we will do everything possible to make it right as quickly as possible!
Received Correct Items But Would Like to Return:
If you receive the correct items as ordered but would like to return, there are some limitations and restocking fees.
Solid Surface Material
Solid Surface material is an expensive, large and burdensome material to transport. It is not a material quickly and easily processed and simply put back into stock. In an effort to keep prices competitive for all customers the cost of returns is captured by a 15% restocking fee.
To help combat returns due to color/pattern dissatisfaction, we offer sample pieces of all material we have online for $5. It is highly recommended that you purchase a sample if you are not 100% confident in your material selection.
- A 15% restocking fee is applied to all material returns
- Material must be like new and free from cuts, scratches or defects
- Return must be requested within 10 business days or material receipt
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are at the customers expense
Samples qualify for a merchandise credit towards material purchases. Samples do not qualify for credit returns. At $5 costs, samples are not a profitable category once handling, packaging and processing is considered. Samples are offered as a service to our customers to confirm material selection. Generally with sample merchandise credits we do not require customers physically return the samples, however we reserve the right to send a prepaid label to have the samples returned.
Adhesives are not returnable. This is because adhesives have specific storage requirements and we have no way to validate how the adhesives were stored however briefly. Incorrectly stored adhesive can compromise the bonding strength. Given that, any adhesives we received back would be effectively unsalable and disposed. Please understand that this policy is in place to protect all adhesive customers.
Sanding Pads & Adhesive Guns
Sanding pads and adhesive guns can be returned in unused condition for a full refund. Please note sanding pads sets must be complete and clearly unused to qualify for a return. Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Fill out the "Return Authorization Form" below to receive approval, an RMA number and a return packing slip
- Please ship the merchandise in it's original packaging from your nearest post office or UPS store and include that provided packing slip.
- You will receive your refund within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise.
